  • Be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident – Applicants must also be eligible to receive financial aid. 
  • Be a high school senior or college freshman (first-time undergraduate students only) 
  • Applicants must also have been accepted at the University of Louisville. 
  • Be a student who demonstrates financial need as determined by his or her application for financial aid.

Unfortunately, the Leland Speed Scholarship is only available to U.S. citizens and Mississippi residents.
